On this server it is forbidden to:

1. Post binaries.
2. HTML articles.
3. Anything that not conforming to Russian Federation laws.
4. Spam.
5. Impersonation.

Any violation will lead to NNTP account termination. Note that violation might not only be “if oldproto admin sees” but also if ANY of Usenet admin will report it.
